3rd-International Cultural Congress for Peace, Aster Public School, Noida Extension
3rd – International Cultural Congress for PEACE (Aster Public School, Noida Extension) by HelpingBrainz.Org‘s Peace Team.
Majority of the Organizations who work for “peace”, only use this word for their TRP as in today’s world of community service the word “peace” provides a special USP for the brand image for the ‘so called peace organizations’. Having that said, when the world is revolving under the arms of intolerances, the presence of ‘the so called peace organizations’ can make a big difference however the big reason for we living under the black clouds of insecurity is that, the peace organizations are not doing what their basic KRAs are.
For us the word ‘Peace’ doesn’t have any definitions. It’s a beautiful phenomenon which can be only felt through proper understanding, that’s why it’s hard to attain. As an orifice to peace, ‘the power of understanding’ becomes a key for increasing and strengthening relationships, globalizing a nation’s resources & traditions and for the overall development of the nation.
HelpingBrainz.Org in it’s process of establishing peace, conducted “The 3rd International Cultural Congress for Peace” at Aster Public School, Noida Extension. At “International Cultural Congress for Peace” we mainly aim in teaching the young kids the real meaning of ‘unity in diversity’, wherein various nations participate and talk about their home-nations. This is an attempt by HelpingBrainz.Org to make the children understand, ‘how colourful the world is’ in the very grassroot level.
In the 3rd International Cultural Congress for PEACE held at Aster, we had delegates from Japan, Ethiopia and Afghanistan and the events were inaugurated by Dr. Kishore Dere (Supreme Court Lawyer, Visiting Professor at Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi; India Society for International Law, Delhi and Amity University, Noida), Prabhakar Dwivedi (Security Professional, Kargil WAR Veteran) and Dr. Sharbari Banerjee (School Principal, Aster Public School, Noida Extension). Dr. Kishore mainly spoke about ‘peace education’, where Prabhakar Dwivedi shared his Kargil-WAR-experience.
Rupak Kashyap, from HelpingBrainz.Org orchestrated the entire event.
Miki Yokotsuka and Kiyomi Takano, Japan (visiting students studying at St.Stephen’s College, Delhi University however basically from Soka University of Japan) spoke about Japanese culture and taught the children how to make ‘origami’. Abbas Azimi, Abdul Saboor Khalil and Muafaq Royish from Afghanistan spoke about “The Peaceful Afghanistan” (Students from Jamia Milia Islamia however basically from Afghanistan), last however not the least Fitsum Taye Yeyissa, a PhD scholar from IIT Delhi’s Mechanical Engineering Department, mainly spoke about the globally unknown facts about his homeland “Ethiopia”.
Students of Aster, prepared a wonderful music and dance show on “Colorful India”; Yedhukrishna Menon, talked about his experience of “founding HelpingBrainz.Org and designing the concept of International Cultural Congress for PEACE”; Rupak Kashyap, the Organizing Committee President mainly spoke about his experience as “a peace leader” at HelpingBrainz.Org; last however not the least Vikas Jain from HelpingBrainz.Org mainly talked about “Students & Peace”. The 3 hour show was anchored and moderated by Neha Agarwal and DrVasundhara Aggarwal
Sushmeeta CB, and the teachers from Aster Public School, Noida coordinated the entire show from Aster’s end wherein the people who contributed and participated in the event were Ashim Borpuzari (Panel Member, HelpingBrainz.Org), Rupak Kashyap (Vice President “Peace Operations” and OCP – International Cultural Congress for Peace-2016), Neha Agarwal, Sanjeev Verma and Sanchit Gupta ( Volunteers, HelpingBrainz.Org), Gitanshu Khurana, Sandeep Gujjar, Dr.Vasundhara Agarwal (Social Development Consultants, HelpingBrainz.Org), Pratik Bishen (Manager, HelpingBrainz.Org), Vivek Vaid (Internal Auditor, HelpingBrainz.Org), Vikas Jain (Educational Counsellor, HelpingBrainz.Org) and YedhuKrishna Menon (Founder, HelpingBrainz.Org).
We at HelpingBrainz.Org express our deepest gratitude towards the people who helped wholeheartedly in the background, to start with Dr. Rathi Menon (our most respected Panel Member), Ainee Tanwir (VP, Organizational Effectiveness – HelpingBrainz.Org), Shubhangi Srivastava (Project Manager, – HelpingBrainz.Org), and ShivAngi SrivAstava
Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without. Buddha
